Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Unboxing Video Requirements

The unboxing video must:

• Clearly show the sealed package before opening
• Display the shipping label and order details
• Record the entire unboxing process without pauses, edits, or cuts
• Clearly capture the damaged item and its condition

Edited, incomplete, or unclear videos may result in rejection of the claim.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
