“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Inspite of taking utmost care while delivering the right product for you, we understand that sometimes the product may have some damage. In such a case, please read up the Return/Exchange policy as below:
We strictly do not have any returns/exchange/cancellation/refund on any products once an order is placed.
Also, there is no returns/exchange/cancellation/refund in case of size issues. Hence it is always advisable to order one size up.
No exchange without parcel opening video (clearly showing the damage)
Pls contact us on GMAIL - , in case of any damage within 24 hours of receipt of parcel with the parcel opening video.
In case of valid claim of damage, we will ship the replacement product. However, if the same product is not available, the customer can order another product. Refunds would not be given in any instance. Replacement timeframe - 5-12 working days once the return package is received by us.
Also, this being online sales, there may be slight variations in the colour / finish / fabric depending on the screen resolution of your devices and also the camera lights. No returns/exchange/cancellation/refund will be entertained in such cases.
Package opening video is required for any kind of queries to be processed. So kindly take the package opening video so that your queries are solved without any hassle. We won’t be able to solve the problem without the proof.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
